Why Preorder?

When you place a preorder with kghobby, we will reserve that figure for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sell-out so only people who preorder with us are able to receive the items because we don't have any extras left to list for normal 'instock' sales.

Pre Order Payment

Deposit or Full payment for some item are required for preorder.

Customer will be charged for deposit (20% in most of the Case) at the time they check out. Remaining balance and the Shipping Fees will be paid after the product is launch and before the shipment.

Customer Service will notify you by e-mail  to pay for the outstanding fees when the product arrives into our warehouse.

Items will be shipped after the full payment is received

Preorder shipping

Please do not purchase a preorder item together with in-stock item unless customer agree to ship the preorder item together with the in-stock item

Otherwise in-stock item will be shipped separately with additional shipping fees

KGHobby announce an Estimated Ship Date on the item’s page where you place your order. Customers are encouraged to bookmark this page and check here for shipping updates as the page will initially indicate a portion of the year, or quarter, that the item will be available to ship

Definition of Quarters:

First Quarter (1st Qtr.) – January, February, March

Second Quarter (2nd Qtr.) – April, May, June

Third Quarter (3rd Qtr.) – July, August, September

Fourth Quarter (4th Qtr.) – October, November, December

KGHobby is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer, we ship as soon as possible when the product arrives into our warehouse.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes, you can cancel a preorder anytime with KGHobby. A 15% administration charge of the item price  will be charged on cancellation. Please email us at sales@kghobby.com with your order no. for cancellation request
